Since 1959, the Gatti family has been using its experience and research into the ever-changing art of natural breadmaking to produce flours, created by mixing various wheat grains according to the tradition of the Artisan baker. These flours comply with the aim of the Molino Gatti philosophy to achieve the highest quality product in bread making without the use of any additional enhancers or additives. Available loose and in bags of 25, 30 and 50 Kg, they are suitable for the every artisan’s needs.
