Why Additive-free Flour?

This is the secret which has allowed Molino Gatti to produce completely natural and technologically constant flours for over 50 years.


Since 1959, the Gatti family has been using its experience and research into the production of additive free Flour, 100% Natural, without adding additives, adjuvants, vegetable gluten or enzymes to its flours neither in the quantity allowed by the Art. 20 of the EU REGULATION N. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 25 October 2011.
In order to produce the various kinds of flour, we have created a blend of different types of wheat, 80% selected from local sources (Tuscany and Umbria Area) using closely controlled methods of cultivation.
